Configure an Application Load Balancer with Autoscaling Reviews

Because of resource creation restriction policy I cannot choose any other region than the two of the managed groups, so no third one for the stress test. While monitoring the managed groups, the lab stopped saying I do something else which is said, which was not true... Pop-up hints froze my session once.

Few bugs to solve, lab should be reviewed once more because a few inaccuracies like there was information that we can delete disk because we already have image but it was not true because lab checkpoint requires this disk
