Generally good, but could not find Network Services in “In the Cloud Console, on the Navigation menu (Navigation menu icon), click Network Services”. I had to use the Search to pull up Network services.

Worked sort of.... ERROR message... The autoscaler is configured to scale based on a load balancing signal but the instance group has not received any utilization data from the load balancer or the utilization is constantly 0. Check that the load balancing configuration is working.
