Create and Manage Cloud Storage Buckets and Encryption Reviews

Lacked instructions on how to enable csek on bucket. Had to solve that with a valid enforcement.json and updating the bucket with: gcloud storage buckets update gs://$BUCKET_NAME_1 --encryption-enforcement-file=enforcement.json

Maybe this lab should be updated. It mentions gsutil, but when running the commands, google cloud says this command shouldn't be used anymore.

While creating the bucket, there is no instruction to get the "Encryption enforcement rules" to allow CSEK. Later in the lab this causes an issue.
