Issue: Lab-created bucket defaults to "Restricted" for Customer-Supplied Encryption Keys (CSEK), causing a persistent PreconditionException: 412 error. Details: Error: When attempting gsutil cp with a valid .boto configuration, the bucket returns 412 Requested encryption type for object is not compliant with the bucket's encryption enforcement configuration. Environment: The bucket encryptionEnforcement was automatically set to RESTRICTED upon lab startup. Troubleshooting: * Validated ~/.boto syntax and keys. Attempted gcloud storage buckets update via JSON file to change restrictionMode to ALLOWED, which failed due to CLI Enum validation errors (No such value for OFF in Enum). Resolution: The upload only succeeded after manually navigating to the Bucket Protection tab in the Cloud Console and changing the Customer-supplied keys enforcement rule from Restricted to Allowed. Suggested Update: The lab startup script should initialize the bucket with CSEK enforcement set to ALLOWED to maintain compatibility with standard gsutil and gcloud storage commands as taught in the certification path.

A step to enable CSEK was missing so I got lost for a moment there. Otherwise okay

There's a critical missed step in the instructions. There's no mention that bucket configuration needs to be changed to allow CSEK encryption before trying to copy the files with the new encryption keys. That can be a hurdle for many people trying to complete this lab
