Create and Manage Cloud Storage Buckets and Encryption Reviews

lab uses unrecognized gsutil commands instead of updated gscloud. had to use gemeni to help find the errors and then lab would not recognize completed work.

it didnot work at the first encyption i have checked with gsutil even though it is encrypted aes256 , still it does not accept the result still not working . sitll nope
