Difficult to login. Had a hard time understanding some instructions. I was asked to click compose new query, but that was not on the page.

Instructions not easy to follow and did not always match terminology on-screen. Was unsure what I could click vs not click within the lab, and was told if I did something wrong I could be charged more. That should be locked down so people can't make a mistake. Learning tools should be outside the timed window so students can become comfortable with them before moving into a timed environment.
