I had this error: Failed to start the VM, launcher-202403271448211498510311468437119, used for launching because of status code: UNAVAILABLE, reason: One or more operations had an error: 'operation-1711576102351-614ab5d9633c2-100e475a-33948e0e': [UNAVAILABLE] 'HTTP_503'... And could't fix it.

Dataflow job creation steps fail on multiple attempts. Lab guide also seems to be older than the current Dataflow UI in GCP. Lab guide needs updating
