Classifying Images of Clouds in the Cloud with AutoML Vision Reviews

The instruction should tell us at the beginning that most of the time will be waiting for the model to train, so we can plan accordingly. I also wish to have some explanation why AutoML is so slow even training such a toy model.

Qwiklabs incognito window logs in, you try and enable the API and you get IAM resourcemanager.projects.getIAMPolicy - you do not have permissions. Therefore, the lab is pointless.
