The instructions did not work. I selected the correct region and it kept failing saying the "central-us" was a violation. I confirmed several times that the correct region "us-east4-c" was selected. I am going to restart it and try again.

1. when I tried to sign up I've got: Google couldn’t verify this account belongs to you. Try again later or use Account Recovery for help. If you still can’t sign in to your account, contact your organization’s admin for help. Your admin may need to temporarily update login challenge settings. Spend around 10-15 mins to this attempts. As result did it. 2. When started deploy the LAMP it showed me error: Virtual Machine deployment failed "europe-west1" violates constraint "constraints/gcp.resourceLocations" on the resource "projects/qwiklabs-gcp-00-4b7da1032b1b/locations/europe-west1/deployments/lamp-1". So I've just spent 5 credits and no any result...
