In first attempt LAMP Stack deployment got failed - possibly due to Infrastructure management API was enabled and just after that I initiated the deployment, I do not had permissions to delete the VM , so had to create the LAMP STACK VM with lamp-2 which resulted in validation failure and zero point in progress However I did it again in second attempt and waited for some time after enabling Infrastructure management API and it worked
