Not the best lab. You should add a step saying how to create a Dockerfile for people that doesn't know.

Unlike previous labs, this one was very different from the demo, and in particular needs more detailed guidance on how to "create a Dockerfile with the following content" -- especially since this wasn't shown in the demo. I figured it out in the end by using Nano to create a text file called 'Dockerfile'.
