There are two frustrating issues with this lab manual: 1. The startup script for vm instance (step 2 or 3) is missing "sudo" directives and hence is failing to install the packages and restart the apache2 server. I had to manually rerun the commands with "sudo" directives. 2. The database fails to connect to the user even after following all the steps properly. The user exists, the connection is allowed, but the database fails to connect. I could not resolve this at all and since this was not a required step (step 5) I was able to finish the lab without failing. Hope you resolve these two issues for future learners.
