In step 3 it could clearer that the VM instance's external IP needs to be copied and /32 needs to be added. In step 5, apache by default was not installed only after running below commands, I was able to proceed further sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install apache2 php php-mysql -y

Lab mis behaves in between as sometimes the bloghost vm apache service is missing also the directory /var/www/html is not present so have to manual create that.
