there is an error in the last task. Since in the previous task order_details not order_details summary (not 100% sure about the naming any more) has been joined to explore, you are not able to see the SQL changes when applying persistence rules. This is, because you applying the rules to the view which is not joined to the explore (hence not usable in explore mode).
