Requires updated Python version & correct Repository pointing & installation, as the Py version is older & hence interfering with apache beam installation (which is soon going to be an outdated version, as it's trying to match older Py version) and initially, the repository cloning was incorrect, so ensure steps that it points to the correct repo name for installation, that actually has the GCStoPubSub file

python3.7でpip installしようとすると、python3.10以上が必要なライブラリがあるようで、pip installできなかった。python3.10を入れたが、dataflowのジョブ実行まで完了できなかった。
