the lab instructions are outdated. They request to run a Docker container using python:3.7 (docker run -it -e DEVSHELL_PROJECT_ID=$DEVSHELL_PROJECT_ID python:3.7 /bin/bash). However, the cloned repository (python-docs-samples) now requires apache-beam[gcp,test]==2.72.0, which requires Python >= 3.10. Because of this version mismatch, pip install fails. To complete the lab, I had to manually change the Docker image version to python:3.10
