Excelente! Só que criei uns 3 buckets, os dois primeiros foram criados errados, daí no terceiro já criei corretamente seguindo os passos de desativar a caixa de bloqueio ao publico e o fine grained , porém não validava, então descobri que o unico bucket valido era o que criei pela primeira vez, solucionei ao alterar as configurações em permission.
