Instruction of 'functions deploy' has problems. It seems that is not work at nodejs8 runtime and should use nodejs6. This tutorial is outdated for `gcloud.beta.functions.deploy` need the `--runtime` argument and also the project `cloud-functions-intelligentcontent-nodejs` can only run on nodejs6 which is deprecated now.
