Project ID is not correctly setup, thus the inspect.js is failing and the ID has to be exported manually

Instructions indicate that the Launch Code Editor will open in Beta but that appears to be no longer the case. The button seems to be Launch Editor or Open Editor rather than Launch Code Editor and there is no indication that BETA status is in play.
