UNIQUE_ID is not just limited to "no special characters", it apparently has to be all lower case. "THEHADOOPTHING" didn't work, but "thehadoopthing" did.

The `bdutil` script may have changed between when the instructions for this lab were written, and when this lab was taken by me, but they don't match anymore. It's necessary to resolve a few challenges manually, and modify some of the CLI arguments presented in the lab instructions. On the whole that's good practice, however the lab doesn't feel as well structured as other labs in this class.
