Cloud Console Service Account creation returned permission error: Permission iam.serviceAccounts.create is required to perform this operation on project projects/qwiklabs-gcp-d7bc2c61b7d340a0. Tracking Number: c505880391 Cloud shell was disabled for a while Once cloud shell started working again, I used the the command line to workaround console permission error: Using cloud shell: gcloud iam service-accounts create clustermaker (Add a display name to the above) gcloud iam service-accounts keys create key.json --iam-account=clustermaker@qwiklabs-gcp-af24f122d0b82f10.iam.gserviceaccount.com gcloud projects add-iam-policy-binding qwiklabs-gcp-af24f122d0b82f10 --member serviceAccount:clustermaker@qwiklabs-gcp-af24f122d0b82f10.iam.gserviceaccount.com --role roles/editor
