Had issues running the bdutils command. Failed for the reason `ERROR: (gcloud.compute.instances.create) Could not fetch resource:`. Attempted to troubleshoot via service accounts but was unclear how to verify how to list currently accessible APIs or how to modify an existing service account to have required permissions. Tried recreating and re-authing a new service account, and it still failed to have the required permissions. Attempted to run as sudo thinking perhaps the root account was authorized instead of the active user. Nothing seemed to work. Failed to be able to continue the lab and could only read through the rest of the content instead.
