Lab01 Juypter notebook Cell 9 ended in import error. ImportError: The default BigQuery Storage API client cannot be used, install the missing google-cloud-bigquery-storage and pyarrow packages to use it. Alternatively, use the classic REST API by specifying the --use_rest_api magic option.

Lab broken. It was 30 minutes of mostly waiting, and the managed notebook never appeared. These labs are terrible, so much time spent waiting for infra to load, no errors, just not working. This needs a total overhaul using Vertex AI and designed to teach people how to do ML on Google services, and NOT just spinning up infra. Set up a single Terraform script to load all the infra then let's get hands on with ML ASAP. This was a waste of time.
