Autoscaling TensorFlow Model Deployments with TF Serving and Kubernetes Reviews

Current version of tf-serving is not functional for this lab. Need to roll back to a new version in deployment.yaml (e.g., 2.8.0), otherwise everything after task 8 is not possible.

The K8s tasks of external IP didn't work as the Pod itself was not reachable - some issue with the model listening on http port 8501 ? And so serving Inference was not happening -
