Completing the "Classify Text into Categories with the Natural Language API" lab was a highly enriching experience. Through this hands-on lab, I gained practical knowledge of utilizing the Cloud Natural Language API to classify large datasets of text into over 700 categories. I learned to create API requests using curl, classify individual news articles, and leverage Python scripts to process and categorize a large dataset of BBC news articles. Additionally, I practiced storing and analyzing the categorized data in BigQuery, enhancing my skills in handling and interpreting big data using Google Cloud tools. This lab provided a comprehensive understanding of text classification and its real-world applications, significantly boosting my proficiency with Google Cloud's Natural Language API and BigQuery.
