Could not start VM because no resources were available on that zone : "The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-03-65dced25a9a5/zones/us-west1-b' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later."

This command: ``` gcloud compute instances create us-test-02 \ --subnet subnet-us-west1 \ --zone us-west1-b \ --machine-type e2-standard-2 \ --tags ssh,http,rules ``` won't pass, complaining: `code: ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED`. Any other machine type (I tried several) yields the same error. Also, the related progress check gives a bogus information that the VM in an us-east zone wasn't created, although it's actually there alright. Also VMs naming scheme is messy (us-something for a VM in Europe?), command outputs are outdated, there are duplicates the 'initial setup' section. In general, what a fucking mess.
