One incorrect option/action when creating my cloudsql database and got my lab terminated , 7 credits withdrawn, and a warning that my cloud skills account could be terminated. Really annoying, and worrying that all the hard work towards a certification can be suddenly terminated because a few wrong options chosen when creating resources under labs.

Why dont you create a specific VPC instead using default VPC for connection between lab and cloud sql. This issue taking longer time than expected to resolve it
