If I restrict the authorized IP range to the single IP of the VM, the check is not passed. I needed to authorize 0.0.0.0/0 to pass the check

Well designed, but the 4th check, on whether the WP VM is allowed to connect to the new Cloud SQL server, gives a false negative. I completed the migration, but only got 80/100.
