When I run step of "Check that the blog instance is authorized to access Cloud SQL", although the wordpress compute instance can connect to Cloud SQL already, but the score still said it has error. I have to set a.b.c.d/32 instead of a.b.c.d in Cloud SQL connections network section to get the score, but it worked even if I didn't set the netmask.
