There's and error because Networking access at Cloud SQL doesn't enforces the format xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/x (CIDR notation) and if user put only the IP, the challenge doesn't accept. Accept only xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/32 or 0.0.0.0/0
