It is not clear why the last two assessment checkpoint keep failing (even though the instance & wordpress can connect othe new instance). Also is necessary to add the IP for the monitor machine to the whitelist in cloud sql instance.

a bit tricky one. have to use 'sudo' to make dump of db. some issues with authorizing vm isntance
