Migrate a MySQL Database to Google Cloud SQL: Challenge Lab Reviews

The initial score was 0 despite it was stated in description that there should be 20 points for running blog. After doing all steps and getting 80 points score for running blog stayed 0. Is the idea behind this challenge to guess what is wrong with qwiklabs?
