Change the the SQL instance's Authorized network address to the format X.X.X.0/24 for it to be authorized instead of using the blog instance's public ip.

This task is not possible to complete as the VM is not having latest version of PHP on it. "Check that the blog still responds to requests" Error Message "Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress."

Pretty straightforward for someone who has seen/done LAMP stacks. FYI: The web server reports that MySQL extension is not enabled. it is there, it only needs to be started.
