i did this one so many times... finally found the answer in the reviews do a 0.0.0.0/0 for myql connection authorization instead of specifc external IP of blog instance. having problem with sqldump? grant all previliges to blogadmin account

I don`t know why this step fail - Check that the blog instance is authorized to access Cloud SQL.
