Getting the points for the blog getting access to the SQL instance was confusing because you needed to add /32 to the end of the blog IP address which was unclear.

I had to specify a broad CIDR of /24 to get the monitor to detect the access. I had originally set the specific IP address of the blog machine and the monitor did not accept this.
