Similar to other comments, the last score for "Check the blog still responds to requests" did not update. Left it running for 30 minutes and tried to "Run Step" a bunch of times. Ended up opening a support chat, and they will investigate.

Blog is up and running pointed to Cloud SQL instance but still missing 40 points from "Check that the blog still responds to requests" and Check that the blog instance is authorized to access Cloud SQL".
