For the check "Check that the blog instance is authorized to access Cloud SQL", if you put just the static IP of the blog compute instance (e.g. 34.121.86.38) the check fails, even though this is perfectly acceptable and gives the desired outcome, and arguably more secure than what the check is looking for (a CIDR range--e.g. 34.121.86.0/24)
