The check that the blog instance is authorized to access Cloud SQL does not match the IPs in configuration. I had to enter 0.0.0.0/0

I think the validation for task #3 is wrong, even if have both IP's added (lab and blog instance), somehow the lab expects to compare a string in one specific order... i had it backwards and never reflected score
