Adding exact IP of the VM doesn't give an appropriate score (Check that the blog instance is authorized to access Cloud SQL), apparently it assumes that only CIDR is possible here, while GCP makes it possible to provide only IP address (no ranges)

In order to get the "Check that the blog instance is authorized to access Cloud SQL" points you must use /32, while this is not mandatory for it to work, and it doesn't appear in Google Cloud SQL own tutorial, that says: "Enter the static IP address of your VM instance".
