Finally got this lab to work on the last attempt. Need to use the CIDR notation on step 3, don't forget the /32 at the end, else it will not work.

The 3rd step in the lab appears broken. Even after authorizing the IP address of the vm host blog and the lab-monitor vm, it still complains the IP addresses are not authorized. I have opened a case with support as I am unable to complete this quest.
