I performed the whole lab with the correct steps. I earned 80 points and last step was just to load the website. If the first 4 steps are correct. The last step has to be correct. Still I didn't get the 20 points. I am dissatisfied.

I added the exact IPs to the Authorized networks of the CloudSQL instance and the blog definitely worked on the new IP. It would not give me the 20 points for that until I went back and changed the authorized network to 0/24 of the c-class range (e.g. 35.232.209.148 vs. 35.232.209.0/24)
