The step "Check that the blog instance is authorized to access Cloud SQL" is not properly verified. Getting the following message: "No matching authorization found. Instance IPs: ["108.59.80.33", "35.222.203.184"] Cloud SQL authorization ranges: ["35.222.203.184", "108.59.80.33"]" That's only related with the IP Address order, which is something one cannot control when adding them to the CloudSQL. Even if using a name, the order is based on the IP Address. As a result, this check must be improved. Furthermore, one needs to add the IP Address of the "monitor-lab" instance, but that's not really requested.
