the authorization part is quite tricky, even if the tutorial says that you can use public IP as it is I had to change using necessarily the CIDR notation, this could be explain batter cos the tutorial itself is giving confusion around this point, at the end I made it

Stupid score checker failed when I had full application up and running on Google Cloud SQL. The one that failed was checking for connectivity between VM and Cloud SQL. I did the connectivity according to Google's best practices, though.
