for some strange reason, i can connect from instance to Cloud SQL (added the connection External IP) also added the monitor, but score won't change to 100 (the only step that seemed to fail) even when the message clearly displayed it was the same IP.

The scoring is not working although I have successful configured and connect to Cloud SQL, having tried both accessing via public IP and cloud proxy. The score stopped at 40 after I have imported the data into Cloud SQL, but not increasing even though I see the connections logged by Cloud SQL Proxy on the SSH console, and the blog is working on the browser. I have stopped the local mysql instance.
