Deploy check does not work when deployed with SHA (e.g. from web console), only with the mutable v2 tag (scale-out check however works). Application confirmation also is buggy, it only works with exactly two replicas and v2 immutable tag, otherwise it fails (even though it actually works). Checks should be improved (and this lab could be merged with the one before this).
