ERROR: (gcloud.builds.submit) FAILED_PRECONDITION: failed precondition: due to quota restrictions, cannot run builds in this region. Please contact support, here restarting the lab and building in region us-central1 helped. next “Test that a service exists that responds to requests like Echo-app” check fails even though I get correct responses from external ip. Solution was to expose via loadbalancer and not via clusterip. why is the checker so picky and does not give a helpful hint?
