remote desktop connection is not working even providing the external ip of rdp and after that providing username and password of vm basinhost, it's not open like what it has to so that the another vm securehost admin will provide their to make it work. But it's not working. I tried many times but still has same problem.

The missing instructions for the challenge to configure IIS is missing. This is misleading for the lab takers. Nevertheless, this is a good lab to take.
