The last step cannot be validated. vm-securehost has IIS installed (with your doc), is serving a webpage, has the firewall rule to authorize everyone to get it, and yet the step did not validate

I successfully enabled ISS on vm-securehost and made it available over BOTH network interafces (rendering default welcome page). But the last 15 points did not score. You did not give any specifics about what exactly you expect from IIS.
