Too many credits required, too little time to complete the test, i had problems with my ISP blocking connections, so i had to debug while the lab countdown was still running.

This lab is an exercise in needless friction. Forcing learners through double RDP, nested Windows sessions, fixed-resolution UI misery, and manual Server Manager clicks is a poor test of cloud architecture skill. It rewards tolerance for obsolete enterprise ceremony rather than competence in secure design, automation, or operations. IIS is also a baffling centerpiece: market-lagging, Windows-bound webserver software of little relevance to serious modern cloud professionals working with containers, managed services, infrastructure-as-code, and declarative configuration. The actual learning objective—secure bastion access and internal-only hosts—could be tested cleanly with reproducible commands instead of GUI punishment.
