the bottom steps scoring sheet is not visible...i could not see what is remaining..85% finished and I could not see what was pending. I was able to create RDP firewall rule, connect using RDP and do another RDP to a secure host to install IIS. I could finish all these steps but the score was not updating.

Add info about minimum requirements of VM, otherwise RDP won't start.
